Workshops & Courses
Emotional and mental health is an inner world within each person. Some of the most common themes that we see today include relationships, anxiety, depression, grief, aggression, stress, and the relationship we take up navigating these difficult places within. Regardless of profession, or where we may be personally, emotional and mental wellbeing has an impact in our day to day.
Through the lens of developmental science we can gain greater eyes to see and open the path to creative and limitless options in walking the road of wellbeing both personally and professionally. Contact to work together to find the course(s) that fit your interests and needs.
Professional Development
There is wonderful depth and growth that happens in the context of supervision, both clinically and as the person of the therapist (POTT). Life experiences mark us all as human beings, a journey that has brought us to where we are now and naturally affects how we enter the therapeutic space. Along with skill development, the POTT becomes an essential part of the clinical and ethical role of the psychotherapist/counsellor.
Please consider this an invitation to collaboratively engage in professional growth and development whether in formal supervision or in consultation. My areas of skill development lie within developmental science and the Attachment based approach of Dr. Gorden Neufeld, Narrative Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. A clinical skill development approach is determined and established based on the goals set by the supervisee. Person of the therapist development is focused through a developmental attachment lens. I look forward to meet you in the collaboration towards the depth and breadth of development in the important work of Psychotherapy/Counselling Therapy. Contact here.
